Pastor Law Office is made up of highly skilled litigators who work on cases throughout the United States in both federal and state courts. The team is experienced in, and thoroughly familiar with, all aspects of class action litigation, including the underlying substantive law, the procedures recommended in the Manual for Complex Litigation, and the substance and process of class certification.

David Pastor is the lead attorney and principal of Pastor Law Office. He serves as counsel and co-counsel on numerous class action and derivative litigation cases in various state and federal courts. He is committed to influencing good corporate citizenship and is interested in correcting injustices that impact every day citizens. Most of all, Mr. Pastor does his research and advises clients and other attorneys on class actions that meet the stringent requirements of court certification.

Mr. Pastor is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First Third and Eighth Circuits.  He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association  and the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys, known as NASCAT.  Mr. Pastor is a 1979 graduate of Boston University School of Law and a 1976 graduate of Haverford College.  During law school, Mr. Pastor clerked for two Wisconsin state court judges.
